Springtime Fragrance Balm Recipe

About This Recipe:
The light fragrance of of lemon, mandarin and cotton blossom with nuances of ylang-ylang and rose will be pleasing to all ages.  Perfect size for purses, pockets, wristlets, etc.    


Shopping List:
(1) 2 oz Lip Balm Base for Sticks
(1) 2 fl. oz Sun Dried Cotton Fragrance Oil 471
(1) 2.5 gm Bag Sexy Pink Slippers Mica Powder
(1) 1 Piece Scoop - 0.15 ml (Micro Size)
(1) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(1) 12 Set 0.15 oz Natural Lip Tube & Cap - Oval


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 2 oz. Lip Balm Base for Sticks
• 2.5 ml(s) Sun Dried Cotton Fragrance Oil 471
• 1 .15 ml Scoop Sexy Pink Slippers Mica Powder


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Small Glass Measuring Cup
• (1) Mixing Spoon

Directions:
NOTE:  If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask.  We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.   
  1. Into microwave-safe measuring cup, add Lip Balm for Sticks.
  2. Place into the microwave and heat product until completely melted.
  3. Add 2.5 ml of Fragrance Oil and a 0.15 ml scoop of Sexy Pink Slippers Mica Powder. Gently stir to incorporate.
  4. Carefully pour product into 11 lip tubes.  Let completely harden.
  5. If any sink holes appear, use either a heat gun or hairdryer on low heat to melt the top to smooth it out.
  6. When product has hardened, place cap on fragrance tube. 
  7. Label product accordingly. 
To Use: Apply to wrist or neck area. 

Ingredient Label: Castor Oil, Olive Oil, Beeswax, Carnauba Wax, Soybean Oil, Candelilla Wax, Fragrance, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Silica.
