About This Recipe:
Keep this luxurious hand soap close to your kitchen or bathroom sink. The orange powder gives this just the slightest exfoliant and the Coconut Orange Cardamom will be a favorite scent of everyone!


Shopping List:
(1) 1 Gallon (1 Jug) Liquid Suspension Soap Base
(1) 2 oz Orange Powder
(1) 4 fl. oz Coconut Orange Cardamom Fragrance Oil 679
(14) 1 Bottle 08 oz Amber Boston Round Plastic Bottle - 24/410
(14) 1 Piece 24/410 Black Ribbed SADDLE Pump Top
(1) 1 Set Mini Mixer - Cordless
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 128 oz. Liquid Suspension Soap Base
• 1.5 Teaspoon(s) Orange Powder
• 2.55 oz. Coconut Orange Cardamom Fragrance Oil 679


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Large Glass Measuring Cup (64 oz.)
• (1) Measuring Spoon
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Mixing Spoons
• (1) Scissors
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Small Glass Bowl
• (1) Wire Whisk

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. In a large glass measuring cup, add 42.5 oz. of Liquid Suspension Soap Base.
  2. Heat in microwave for 60 seconds. Remove and stir slightly.
  3. In a small glass container, measure out 0.85 oz. fragrance oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon of orange powder and mix with Mini-Mixer until well blended in.
  4. Add to liquid soap base and mix gently with a wire whisk.
  5. Fill four bottles to 9 oz. by weight. Any remaining product can be poured into an empty bottle for the next batch. 
  6. Repeat above steps twice to make remaining bottles.
  7. Let product cool completely before placing pumps on bottles. The dip tubes will need to be trimmed to fit the length of the bottle.
  8. Label product accordingly. 
To Use: Lather onto wet hands. Rinse off with warm water.
