(1) 2 lb Premium Ultra White MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
(1) 2 fl. oz Oatmeal, Milk & Honey ORIGINAL Fragrance Oil 105
(1) 2 oz Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap
(2) 1 Mold Oval Guest Silicone Mold 1608
(2) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(9) 1 Piece Clear Cello Bag (2.5" x 2" x 6")
(1) 0.06 Pack (1/2 oz) Natural Raffia


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 7 oz. Ground Oatmeal (not included in kit)
• 32 oz. Premium Ultra White MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 1 oz. Oatmeal, Milk & Honey ORIGINAL Fragrance Oil 105
• 0.50 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Food Processor
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (64 oz.)
• (2) Jelly Roll Pans
• (1) Cutting Mat
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Rubbing Alcohol - 99%
• (1) Scale
• (1) Soap Cutter & Cutting Mat
• (1) Ground Oatmeal

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Cut up White Soap and place in measuring cup. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until melted.
  2. Place Oatmeal into food processor and quickly chop for 5-10 seconds. (You do not want to turn the scrub into a powder, but you do want it to be a finer texture.)
  3. Combine Fragrance Oil and Stabilizer in plastic beaker and mix well. Allow to sit for 2 minutes.
  4. Place silicone molds on jelly roll pan for stability.
  5. Add fragrance mixture and ground oatmeal to melted soap and gently stir to incorporate.
  6. Pour soap into mold cavities. (It should be fairly hot, this will allow the oatmeal to settle to the bottom of the mold.)
  7. Spritz with rubbing alcohol. Let soap harden completely.
  8. Remove soap from molds, place two bars of soap in each cello bag and tie with raffia.
  9. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.
