Soy Scrub Body Wash Recipe

This scrub makes your skin feel soft and silky. The soy scrub gently exfoliates without feeling harsh on your skin. Once you dry your skin after using this product, wait a minute and you will feel how soft and silky your skin becomes.


 

Shopping List:

(1) 16 oz Liquid Suspension Soap Base

(1) 2 oz Soy Scrub

(1) 2 oz Soybean Oil

(1) 2 fl. oz Berry Vanilla* Fragrance Oil 643

(1) 2 oz Bubble Wash Pearlizer

(1) 2 oz Preservative - Water Soluble PF (Compare to Germall Plus)

(4) 1 Bottle 04 oz Natural Malibu Tottle Bottle - 22/400 1.5"

(4) 1 Piece 22/400 Natural Flip Top Cap - 1.5 inch

Recipe Ingredients:

• 16 oz. Liquid Suspension Soap Base
• 2 oz. Soy Scrub
• 1 oz. Soybean Oil
• .3 oz. Berry Vanilla* Fragrance Oil 643
• 0.10 oz. Bubble Wash Pearlizer
• 0.05 oz. Preservative - Water Soluble PF (Compare to Germall Plus)

Equipment From Home:

• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Spatula

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.

1. Pour 16 oz. of liquid suspension base into glass measuring cup.
2. Heat in microwave for about 20 seconds - just until warm.
3. Add soy scrub and mix well.
4. Add soybean oil, pearlizer, fragrance oil and preservative and blend.
5. This product thickens as it sets so quickly pour approximately 4.5 oz. into each malibu bottle. Divide up any remaining product. Stand bottles upright until ready to cap. Product should be completely cool before putting cap on.
6. Once product has cooled, place caps on bottles and label accordingly.

To Use: Massage onto wet skin and rinse with warm water.
