This is a perfect travel soap. The natural low-profile jar has a tight-fitting lid so there is no worries about coming apart in a suitcase.

(2) 2 lb Detergent Free Shea Butter MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
(2) 2 oz White Kaolin Clay
(1) 2 fl. oz Green Aloe & Clover* Fragrance Oil 450
(1) 2 oz Preservative - Water Soluble PF (Compare to Germall Plus)
(2) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 64 oz. Detergent Free Shea Butter MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 4 oz. White Kaolin Clay
• 1.90 oz. Green Aloe & Clover* Fragrance Oil 450
• .30 oz. Preservative - Water Soluble PF (Compare to Germall Plus)

• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (64 oz.)
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Cutting Mat
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Rubbing Alcohol

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To a large measuring cup, add 32 oz. cut up Shea Butter Soap and heat in microwave until melted.
  2. Allow to cool to 122°F, then add 0.95 oz. Fragrance Oil and 0.15 oz.Preservative to melted soap.
  3. Fill small measuring cup halfway with melted soap. Add 2 oz. Kaolin Clay and blend until smooth using mini mixer. Pour back into remaining melted soap and stir.
  4. Fill each jar to 5.50 oz. by weight. Spritz tops with rubbing alcohol and allow to harden.
  5. Repeat steps 1 - 4 to make additional six jars.
  6. Once soap has hardened, place lids on jars.
  7. Label accordingly.
To Use: Add some water into jar of soap. With a shaving brush, swirl around to make lather. Apply to face and carefully shave.
