About This Recipe:
This scrub is filled with pumice powder to scrub away grease and grime and has added aloe vera oil to soften and moisturize.

(1) 2 oz Preservative - Water Soluble PF (Compare to Germall Plus)
(1) 2 oz Aloe Vera Oil - Clear
(1) 2 oz Glycerin - Natural
(1) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(7) 1 Jar 08 oz Amber Heavy Wall Plastic Jar - 89/400
(7) 1 Piece 89/400 Black Ribbed Top Cap - F217 Liner


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 10 oz. Pumice Powder
• 16 oz. Foaming Bath Whip - Traditional
• 10 oz. Premium Extra Clear MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 1 oz. Oakmoss Sandalwood - EO & FO Blend 199
• 0.20 oz. Preservative - Water Soluble PF (Compare to Germall Plus)
• 2 oz. Aloe Vera Oil - Clear
• 2 oz. Glycerin - Natural

• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (64 oz.)
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Hand Mixer
• (1) Mixing Spoon
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Soap Cutter
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To microwave-safe mixing bowl, add cut up clear soap. Heat in microwave until completely melted.  
  2. Add liquid glycerin and Foaming Bath Whip. Gently stir into soap. 
  3. Using a hand mixer with regular beaters, start to whip mixture on low, then on medium speed.
  4. When mixture begins to thicken, slowly add Aloe Vera Oil, fragrance oil and preservative. Mix,  again, until ingredients are incorporated. 
  5. Gently fold pumice powder into mixture with a spoon or spatula, adding a little at a time until powder is blended in. Then, finish blending with mixer to be sure all powder is incorporated.
  6. Spoon scrub into jars dividing product evenly among all 7 jars. Apply lids.
  7. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet hands and scrub. Rinse off with warm water.
