• 7.20 oz. Olive Oil - Refined A
• 3 ml(s) Vitamin E Natural T-50
• 14 oz. Chamomile Water Essential Hydrosol
• 0.50 oz. FO & EO Modifier
• 0.10 oz. Preservative - Sorbic Acid +2 PF (Compare to Optiphen Plus)
• 7 ml(s) Orange (Sweet) EO - Certified 100% Pure 134
• 2.5 ml(s) Lavender 40/42 EO - Certified 100% Pure 139
• 0.75 ml(s) Peppermint (Redist) EO - Certified 100% Pure 699

Equipment From Home:

• (1) Glass Measuring Cup (8 oz.)

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.

TEMPLE SOOTHER:

1. Combine olive oil, Vitamin E, 3 ml Orange EO, 1.50 ml Lavender EO and 0.75 ml Peppermint EO in measuring cup. Mix well.
2. Fill each bottle to 0.15 oz. by weight. (For easier filling, use plastic beaker to fill.)
3. Snap roll-on tops onto bottles and then twist on clear caps. 
4. Label accordingly. 

To Use: Roll onto temples and pulse points before bed for a restful sleep or anytime you need to relax. 

PILLOW SPRAY:

1. Combine chamomile hydrosol and the preservative in measuring cup.
2. Combine FO & EO Modifier, 4 ml Orange EO and 1 ml Lavender EO in plastic beaker and mix. Add to hydrosol mixture and mix well. (Mixture will likely be cloudy at first, but clears over time.)
3. Fill each bottle to 0.30 oz. by weight. (For easier filling, use plastic beaker to fill.) 
4. Twist on tops. 
5. Label accordingly. 

To Use: Spritz on pillows and linen before bed for a restful sleep.
