Waterless Hand Cleaner Recipe

About This Recipe:

This is a great product to put in lunch boxes, back packs, purses, etc. Gently cleans hands when water is not available.

(1) 16 oz Aloe Vera Gel

(1) 2 fl. oz Tea Tree EO - Certified 100% Pure 136

(1) 2 fl. oz Lemon EO - Certified 100% Pure 140

(1) 5 ml Stained Glass Lemon Yellow Liquid Color

(1) 5 ml Stained Glass Violet Purple Liquid Color

(3) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(2) 12 Bottles 0.5 oz Natural MDPE Malibu - 15/415 (15 ml)

Recipe Ingredients:

• 16 oz. Aloe Vera Gel
• 2 ml(s) Tea Tree EO - Certified 100% Pure 136
• 1.5 ml(s) Lemon EO - Certified 100% Pure 140
• 1.5 ml(s) Lavender 40/42 EO - Certified 100% Pure 139
• 4 Drop(s) Stained Glass Lemon Yellow Liquid Color
• 4 Drop(s) Stained Glass Violet Purple Liquid Color

Equipment From Home:

• (1) Glass Measuring Cup
• (1) Mixing Spoons
• (1) Piping or Zip Close Bags
• (1) Scissors

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.

1. In glass measuring cup, measure out the aloe vera gel.
2. Using a plastic dropper, add correct amounts of tea tree, lemon and lavender essential oils.
3. Add color of choice. The batch can be split in half and a few drops of each color can be added.
4. Fill malibu bottles with product using a piping or zip close back with tip cut off.

TO USE: Place small amount of product in hands and rub together. Essential oils naturally cleanse the hands when water is not available.

Note: Other essential oils to use: lemongrass, myrrh, neroli, patchouli, peppermint, rose, sandalwood, thyme, ylang-ylang. Maximum total usage - 4.8 ml.
