About This Recipe:
This spray helps provide volume and also boosts your natural curls. Each time you use your hair will look and smell like you just came from the beach!  Use along with a leave-in conditioner as the salts can dry out your hair.

(1) 2 fl. oz Viva Magenta Fragrance Oil 1093
(1) 2 oz Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate)
(1) 2 oz European Spa Salt - Fine Grain
(1) 2 oz Aloe Vera Oil - Clear
(1) 2 oz Polysorbate 20
(1) 2 oz Avocado Oil
(1) 2 oz Preservative - Sorbic Acid +2 PF (Compare to Optiphen Plus)
(1) 2 oz Argan Oil
(2) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(4) 1 Bottle 04 oz White Bullet Plastic Bottle - 20/410
(4) 1 Piece 20/410 White Ribbed Sprayer Top - Clear Cap


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 12 oz. Distilled Water (not included in kit)
• .25 oz. Viva Magenta Fragrance Oil 1093
• 1.20 oz. Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate)
• 1.20 oz. European Spa Salt - Fine Grain
• 0.45 oz. Aloe Vera Oil - Clear
• 0.80 oz. Polysorbate 20
• 0.25 oz. Avocado Oil
• 6 ml(s) Preservative - Sorbic Acid +2 PF (Compare to Optiphen Plus)
• 0.25 oz. Argan Oil


Equipment From Home:
• (2) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Wire Whisk
• (1) Scissors
• (1) Distilled Water

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To measuring cup, add aloe vera, avocado and argan oils. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave.
  2. To second cup, add distilled water. Bring to a boil in microwave. CAUTION: CUP WILL BE HOT!
  3. Slowly add water to oils and stir.
  4. Add salts to water mixture and whisk until completely dissolved.
  5. Add polysorbate, fragrance and preservative. Blend well.
  6. Pour 4 oz. into each bottle, being sure to stir well before each pour.
  7. Let cool completely. Trim dip tubes to fit length and place onto bottles
  8. Label product accordingly.
To Use: SHAKE WELL BEFORE EACH USE AS PRODUCT WILL SEPARATE.  Spray onto wet or dry hair and leave in. Use sparingly as too much will stiffen and dry out hair.
