About This Recipe:
This melt and pour soap recipe is packed with skin nourishing ingredients. Avocado oil, avocado powder, and honey powder are used for a luxurious melt and pour soap. The avocado oil and powder bring moisturizing properties while the honey powder boosts lather.

(1) 1 Mold Honeycomb Loaf Silicone Mold 1506
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 32 oz. Detergent Free White MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 12 oz. Detergent Free Honey MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 1.80 oz. Avocado Cilantro Lime Fragrance Oil 782
• 0.30 oz. Avocado Oil
• 0.15 oz. Honey Powder
• 0.10 oz. Turmeric Powder
• 0.10 oz. Avocado Powder
• 0.05 oz. Sliced Green Kiwi Mica Powder


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring cup (32 oz.)
• (1) Soap Cutter
• (1) Cutting Mat
• (1) Scale
• (1) Thermometer
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Jelly Roll Pan
• (1) Spray Bottle with Rubbing Alcohol - 99%
• (1) Plastic Wrap

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To measuring cup, add honey soap and melt in microwave.
  2. Pour 1 oz. melted soap to plastic beaker and add ¼ tsp. Honey Powder and ¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder. Mix well with mini mixer.
  3. Add mixture and 0.45 oz. fragrance to measuring cup and mix well.
  4. Pour into Honeycomb Mold and spray with rubbing alcohol. Allow to harden.
  5. In clean measuring cup, add white soap and melt in microwave.
  6. Pour 1 oz. melted soap to clean plastic beaker and add ½ tsp. Avocado Powder and ½ tsp. Honey Powder. Mix well with mini mixture.
  7. Add mixture, 1.35 oz. fragrance, 1/8 tsp. mica, and Avocado Oil to melted soap and mix well.
  8. Liberally spray honey soap with rubbing alcohol and when the green soap is 130ºF, pour soap into mold. Spray with rubbing alcohol and allow soap to harden.
  9. Remove soap from mold and slice into bars.
  10. Label accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.
