Every child will love these unicorn lip balms. The 3 color swirl is flavored with Carnival Cotton Candy and the cute square container is the perfect size for little hands.

(1) 2.5 gm Bag NuTone Navy Mica Powder

(1) 2.5 gm Bag Yellow Pet Canary Mica Powder
(1) 2.5 gm Bag Super Sparkle White Diamonds Mica Powder
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(1) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic
(4) 1 Piece Scoop - 0.15 ml (Micro Size)
(3) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene
(9) 1 Set  3 ml Clear Square Jar with Pink Top

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 1.50 oz. Lip Balm Base for Sticks
• 1.50 oz. Lip Balm Base for Pots
• 5 ml(s) Carnival Cotton Candy - Sweetened Flavor Oil 575
• 1 .15 ml Scoop NuTone Navy Mica Powder
• 1 .15 ml Scoop Coral Orange Reef Mica Powder
• 1 .15 ml Scoop Yellow Pet Canary Mica Powder
• 1 .15 ml Scoop Super Sparkle White Diamonds Mica Powder


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Mixing Spoons

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron.
  1. Remove lids from 18 clear square jars and set out on work area table. 
  2. In two separate plastic beakers, measure out 1.5 oz. Lip Balm for Sticks and 1.5 oz. Lip Balm for Pots.
  3. Heat Lip Balm for Sticks in microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted. 
  4. Add Lip Balm for Pots into melted lip balm and stir until completely melted.
  5. Add 5 ml Carnival Cotton Candy Flavor Oil and stir.
  6. Using a scale tared to zero, divide the mixture into 3 beakers of 1 oz. each.
  7. Add (1) .15 ml scoop of the blue, coral and yellow mica powders to separate beakers. Stir until completely blended in.
  8. To each colored beaker, add ½ scoop of Super Sparkle White Diamonds mica. If necessary, reheat lip balm if starting to harden. 
  9. For best results, we recommend pouring small amounts of each color in layers. Pour enough color to cover half of bottom of jar, then add another color to the other half.
  10. Add the third color over the top then repeat colors, pouring over opposite areas.
  11. Take a toothpick or opposite end of mini scoop and gently swirl colors.
  12. The lip balm bases will need to be reheated a few times to keep it free flowing.
  13. Once all 18 jars are filled, let set to completely harden before applying lids.
  14. Label product accordingly.    
To Use: Apply small amount to lips as often as needed.
