This all natural shampoo bar is great for both men and women. It will create a luxurious, creamy lather that will leave hair and scalp squeaky clean and moisturized.

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 2.55 oz. Castor Oil
• 2.55 oz. Argan Oil
• 5.10 oz. Sunflower Oil - Refined
• 2.55 oz. Jojoba Oil - Golden
• 3.80 oz. Palm Oil
• 1.25 oz. Cocoa Butter - Chocolate Odor & Natural Color
• 10.20 oz. Coconut Oil - 76º Melt
• 0.25 oz. Lavender 30/32 EO - Certified 100% Pure 100

Directions:
This project and these instructions have been written for someone who has experience making soap and knows the potential dangers due to working with sodium hydroxide. It will not outline safety methods of working with dangerous chemicals, it is simply a soap recipe for advanced soapmakers. Be sure to wear your protective gear while making this recipe.  
  1. In separate polypropylene containers, measure by weight your water and your Lye.
  2. Gradually mix the Lye into the water until the Lye Flakes are dissolved. Set aside in a safe place and allow to cool.
  3. Measure the Castor, Argan, Jojoba and Sunflower Oil into a large metal container. This will be the container you will stick blend in, so make sure it will be large enough.
  4. Add in the Cocoa Butter, Palm Oil and Coconut oil and melt over low heat until liquid. 
  5. When both the oils and lye water are about 115°F or below,  you are ready to mix.
  6. With all of your safety equipment on (safety glasses, gloves, sleeves), and stick blender ready, pour your lye water into the oils. We recommend pouring down the shaft of the stick blender to avoid air bubbles.
  7. Stick blend until the soap reaches a light trace, and then add the essential oils. Stir oils in by hand and then briefly stick blend to mix well. Pour into mold. If desired, the top can be textured with a metal spoon.
  8. After 24 hours you can unmold the soap. Allow to cure for 4-6 weeks before using. Check the pH to be sure it is at a skin-safe level.
To Use: Massage onto wet hair and rinse off with warm water. Avoid contact with eyes.
