Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 8 oz. Lip Balm Base for Sticks
• 1.5 Teaspoon(s) Fairytale Pink Mica Powder
• ¾ Teaspoon(s) Bath Bomb Red Powder Color
• 7.50 ml(s) Classic Watermelon - Sweetened Flavor Oil 800
• 12 Piece(s) 0.5 oz White Round Lotion Bar Tube Set - Dial Up


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (8 oz.)
• (1) Spoon or Spatula
• (1) Measuring Spoons
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Thermometer

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To measuring cup, add lip balm base and microwave in one-minute increments until melted.
  2. Measure powder colors into plastic beaker and add 0.50 oz. of melted lip balm base. Blend color with mini-mixer until there are no clumps remaining.
  3. Pour colored base into the remaining melted base. Add flavor oil and stir well.
  4. When the temperature is at 140º or below, fill each tube to 0.65 oz. by weight or to the top. There will be some leftover lip balm to fill in sinkholes after the tubes have cooled.
  5. Allow lip balm to cool completely, and then apply caps.
  6. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Apply to lips as often as needed.
