About This Recipe:
This natural product contains a combination of four essential oils thought to help deter bugs. Easy roll-on stick makes it easy to apply to exposed skin. For children under two, please check with pediatrician before using.

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 6.25 oz. Soybean Oil
• 6.25 oz. Cocoa Butter - Chocolate Odor & Natural Color
• 6.25 oz. Beeswax - Ultra Refined & Bleached
• 0.25 oz. Lemon Eucalyptus EO - Certified 100% Pure 598
• 0.25 oz. Rosemary EO - Certified 100% Pure 714
• 0.25 oz. Geranium EO - Certified 100% Pure 732
• 0.25 oz. Peppermint (Natural) EO - Certified 100% Pure 712
• 0.40 oz. Vitamin E Natural T-50


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Metal Pot
• (1) Stovetop
• (1) Spatula

• (1) Thermometer

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To metal pot, add soybean oil, cocoa butter and beeswax. Heat on low until completely melted.
  2. Remove from heat. Let cool to around 145ºF.
  3. Add essential oils and vitamin e. Stir well.
  4. Pour warm liquid into each lotion tube, filling just to the top of the twist up stick. If any product remains, divide among the 10 tubes.
  5. Let completely cool and then cap.
  6. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Apply to exposed skin before going outside. Reapply every few hours. Do not apply near eyes or mouth.
