Bedtime Bubble Bath

This is the perfect way to end a busy day. This Lavender and Powder Fragrance Formulator blend will help soothe and calm your children as they get ready for bed. The added Shea 50 will moisturize their young skin.  

Shopping List:

(1) 1 Gallon (1 Jug) Bubble Bath - Clear

(1) 2 oz Shea 50

(1) 2 fl. oz Sleep Time - EO & FO Blend 606

(1) 2 oz Vanilla Color Stabilizer - Lotions - Washes

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(1) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene

(8) 1 Bottle 16 oz Clear Round Bullet Plastic Bottle - 24/410

(8) 1 Piece 24/410 Black Ribbed Basic Top Cap - F217 Liner

Recipe Ingredients:

• 1 Gallon(s) Bubble Bath - Clear
• 2 oz. Shea 50
• 1.25 oz. Sleep Time - EO & FO Blend 606
• 1.25 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer - Lotions - Washes

Equipment From Home:

• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (64 oz.)
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Large Funnel
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.

1.  In beaker, mix fragrances with stabilizer and let sit for at least two minutes.
2. Add 67.5 oz. bubble bath into mixing bowl. Heat for 60-90 seconds.
3. Stir in 1 oz. Shea 50.
4. Mix in 1.25 oz. of fragrance mixture.
5. Using a large funnel, fill four bottles with 17 oz. each.
6. Repeat steps 2-5.
7. Let product cool completely, and then twist on caps.
8. Label product accordingly.

To Use: Pour desired amount into tub under running water.

Caution: Use only as directed. Excessive use or prolonged exposure may irritate skin and urinary tract. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children.
