On-The-Go Waterless Hand Cleanser Recipe

About This Recipe:

Gently cleans hands when water is not available. Great product to throw in your purse, gym bag, pocket or briefcase - anytime you need a quick freshening up.    

Shopping List:

(1) 16 oz Aloe Vera Gel

(1) 2 fl. oz Lemongrass EO - Certified 100% Pure 138

(1) 2 fl. oz Tea Tree EO - Certified 100% Pure 136

(1) 5 ml Stained Glass Forest Green Liquid Color

(2) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(2) 12 Bottles 0.5 oz Natural MDPE Malibu - 15/415 (15 ml)

(2) 12 Piece 15/415 White Smooth Flip Top Cap

Recipe Ingredients:

• 16 oz. Aloe Vera Gel
• 2.80 ml(s) Lemongrass EO - Certified 100% Pure 138
• 2 ml(s) Tea Tree EO - Certified 100% Pure 136
• 4 Drop(s) Stained Glass Forest Green Liquid Color

Equipment From Home:

• (1) Glass Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Mixing Spoon
• (1) Piping or Zip Close Bags
• (1) Scissors

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.

1. In glass measuring cup, measure out the aloe vera gel.
2. Using a plastic dropper, add Tea Tree and Lemongrass Essential Oils.
3. Add color of choice and gently mix in.
4. Using a piping bag or zip close bag with tip cut off, carefully pipe product into bottles. 
5. Apply caps when filled.
6. Labe product accordingly.

TO USE: Place small amount of product in hands and rub together. Essential oils naturally cleanse the hands when water is not available.
