This easy recipe makes a coconut flavored lip balm that will make you feel like you are on vacation!

(1) 2 oz Lip Balm Base for Pots
(1) 2 fl. oz Coconut - Unsweetened Flavor Oil 1057
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(1) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene
(1) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic
(1) 1 Piece Spatula - 5.75" (Straight White Plastic)
(8) 1 Jars  1/4 oz LDPE Polycon with Hinged Lid - White


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 2 oz. Lip Balm Base for Pots
• 4 ml(s) Coconut - Unsweetened Flavor Oil 1057


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To plastic beaker, add 2 oz. of lip balm base.
  2. Heat in microwave in 15-second increments until melted.
  3. Add flavor oil and mix well using spatula.
  4. Pour 0.50 oz. by weight into each jar and allow lip balm to cool.
  5. Snap lids closed and label.
To Use: Apply to dry lips as often as desired.
