About This Recipe:
These chocolate scented bunny soaps will make the perfect Easter basket stuffers. Just be sure your label says "SOAP" so they don't get confused with the real thing!  Or, switch out the fragrance and make these an adorable baby shower favor. Your guests will love them!

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 55 oz. Detergent Free Baby Buttermilk MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 1.50 oz. Chocolate Fragrance Oil - FF# 33 - 11880
• 0.75 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap
• 8 Drop(s) Stained Glass Strawberry Red Liquid Color
• 5 Drop(s) Stained Glass Ocean Blue Liquid Color
• 13 Drop(s) Stained Glass Forest Green Liquid Color
• 13 Drop(s) Stained Glass Violet Purple Liquid Color
• 13 Drop(s) Stained Glass Lemon Yellow Liquid Color


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Soap Cutter & Cutting Mat
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Cookie Sheet
• (1) Spray Bottle with Rubbing Alcohol-71%
• (1) Thin strip of poster board (optional)
• (1) Scissors

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. In plastic beaker mix 0.30 oz. fragrance with 0.15 oz. vanilla stabilizer. Mix and let sit for 2 minutes.
  2. To a microwave-safe measuring cup add 11 oz. of cut up soap. Heat in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
  3. Add fragrance mixture and desired drops of first color. Stir well.
  4. Place silicone mold on cookie sheet. Pour soap into all cavities filling to the top. Spritz soap with rubbing alcohol to break any surface bubbles. Let soap set up. Soap can be placed in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes to harden.
  5. Remove from mold and set aside.
  6. Using a clean measuring cup, repeat Steps 1-4 with a second color and continue until all five colors have been made. 
  7. Package as desired. Poly bags used for packaging chocolate covered pretzel rods work great with these soaps. 
  8. Label product accordingly. Be sure to add "SOAP - DO NOT EAT" on the label.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse with warm water.
