This solid lotion contains hemp oil, meadowfoam seed oil, kokum and shorea butters which will soak into skin and leave it soft and moisturized. The Hippy Dippy Fragrance Oil is a fun and fruity scent to compliment this lotion tube.

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 3.85 oz. Beeswax Vegan Alternative
• 1.20 oz. Hemp Seed Oil - Virgin (Dark Green)
• 2.40 oz. Meadowfoam Seed Oil
• 1.90 oz. Kokum Butter
• 1.90 oz. Shorea (Sal) Butter
• 0.25 oz. Vitamin E Natural T-50
• 0.25 oz. Arrowroot Powder
• 0.25 oz. Hippy Dippy Fragrance Oil (Special Order)


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Metal Pan for Stove Top (preferred)
• (1) Double Boiler (optional)
• (1) Microwavable Container (optional)
• (1) Stove Top or Microwave
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Wire Whisk
• (1) Heat Gun or Hair Dryer (optional)
• (1) Spatula

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, workspace and sanitized equipment.
  1. To a metal pan with a pour spout (if available), add Beeswax, Hemp and Meadowfoam Oils, Kokum and Sal Butter. Heat on stove over low heat until completely melted. This can also be melted in a double boiler or in a microwavable container and placed in microwave to melt. (Care should be taken with this latter method as the container will become very hot.)
  2. Using a wire whisk, blend Arrowroot Powder into mixture then add Vitamin E and fragrance. If mixture starts to thicken, reheat slightly to remelt.
  3. Pour mixture into lotion sticks filling to the top. Let harden. If sink holes appear, use a heat gun or hair dryer on low to melt the top so it will fill in the hole and smooth out the top.
  4. Once lotion stick has hardened, place cap on tube.
  5. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Rub onto skin as needed.
