About This Recipe:
With it's light consistency, this moisturizer can be used anytime of the day. Contains meadowfoam, apricot kernel and rice bran oils which quickly soak into skin without any greasy after-feel. Also contains allantoin which can help soothe irritated skin, especially after shaving.

(1) 1/2 oz Green Tea Extract - Water Soluble
(1) 2 fl. oz Black Salt & Cypress Fragrance Oil 1014
(1) 1/2 oz Vitamin E Natural T-50
(1) 2 oz Preservative – Phenoxyethanol + CG (Compare to Optiphen)

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 23.40 oz. Distilled Water
• 1.20 oz. BTMS - 50
• 0.60 oz. Myristyl Myristate
• 1.70 oz. Meadowfoam Seed Oil
• 1.0 oz. Apricot Kernel Oil
• 0.60 oz. Rice Bran Oil
• 0.45 oz. Allantoin Powder
• 0.45 oz. Green Tea Extract - Water Soluble
• 0.15 oz. Black Salt & Cypress Fragrance Oil 1014
• 0.30 oz. Vitamin E Natural T-50
• 0.30 oz. Preservative – Phenoxyethanol + CG (Compare to Optiphen)

Equipment From Home:
• (1) Distilled Water
• (1) Microwave
• (2) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup - 32 oz.
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Stick Blender or Hand Mixer
• (1) Spatulas

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, workspace and sanitized equipment.
  1. Using a microwave-safe container, add BTMS-50, Myristyl Myristate, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Rice Bran Oil and Apricot Kernel Oil. Heat in microwave until waxes have completely melted.
  2. Add Allantoin Powder and stir with wire whisk until blended in.
  3. Add water to other microwave-safe container and heat for 3 minutes. 
  4. Pour water into melted oils and blend with stick blender or hand mixer for about two minutes.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Place lotion in fridge to cool for 30 minutes and thicken. Scrape sides with spatula then mix for a few minutes until blended.
  6. Fill each bottle with approximately 3 oz. of lotion. If lotion is still warm, let completely cool before applying pump top. 
  7. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Apply to face as desired.
