About This Recipe:
This recipe is very popular because it is not greasy. Feel free to substitute with your favorite fragrance. If changing the fragrance and using this exact recipe, the fragrance IFRA level should be 20% for a strong perfume. Less can be used if this seems too strong.  If using less fragrance, the jojoba oil can be adjusted accordingly.

(1) 2 fl. oz Rose & Musk Fragrance Oil 961
(1) 2 oz Rose Petals - Red Buds & Leaves
(1) 12 Set 0.23 oz Glass Bottle Plastic Ball - Black Cap


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 2.8 oz. Jojoba Oil - Clear
• .6 oz. Rose & Musk Fragrance Oil 961
• 1 Piece(s) Rose Petals - Red Buds & Leaves


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Measuring Cup with spout
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Spoon or Spatula

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Add Jojoba Oil and Fragrance Oil to measuring cup and mix well.
  2. Break apart some rose buds and put in the glass bottles.  
  3. Fill each bottle to 0.30 oz. by weight. (For easier filling, use plastic beaker to fill.)
  4. Press reducer into bottle, then press plastic ball into reducer. Twist caps on bottles.
  5. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Apply to neck and wrists.
