Recipe Ingredients:

• 8 oz. Grape Seed Oil
• 2.5 ml(s) Clove Bud EO - Certified 100% Pure 704
• 2 ml(s) Lemon EO - Certified 100% Pure 140
• 1.25 ml(s) Cinnamon Leaf EO - Certified 100% Pure 702
• 1 ml(s) Eucalyptus (80/82) EO - Certified 100% Pure 705
• .6 ml(s) Rosemary EO - Certified 100% Pure 714

Equipment From Home:

• (1) Measuring Cup with spout
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Spoon or Spatula

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, workspace and sanitized equipment.

1. In a measuring cup with a spout, pour in 8 ounces of Grape Seed Oil.
2. Using the droppers provided add essential oils to MCT.  If your scale has a gram measure the amounts are as follows, Clove Bud-2.36, Lemon-2.07, Cinnamon-1.18, Eucalyptus-.9, and Rosemary- .6.
3. Stir to incorporate and pour into the .5 ounces into each bottle.
4. Label  accordingly. 

To Use:  Apply to wrist or bottom of feet.  You can also put 6-8 drops into a diffuser.
