About This Recipe:
Your lips may smell like bacon, but they really aren't, so don't try eating them.  Our lip balm base, flavored with Makin Bacon Flavor oil,  will be a great addtion to you lip line.  Men, women, young, old and all bacon lovers will flip for this balm.  This recipe makes a great test amount for you to try.

(2) 2 oz Lip Balm Base for Sticks
(1) 2 fl. oz Makin Bacon - Sweetened Flavor Oil 804
(1) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic
(1) 12 Set 0.3 oz Black Paperboard Lip Tube & Cap Set - Push Up


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 4 oz. Lip Balm Base for Sticks
• 3 ml(s) Makin Bacon - Sweetened Flavor Oil 804


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave Safe Measuring Cup
• (1) Spoon or Spatula

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Empty 4 ounces of Lip Balm Base for Sticks into the beaker.
  2. Microwave in 15 second increments until the lip balm base has completely melted.
  3. Add 3 mL of Makin Bacon Flavor Oil to the melted lip balm and stir.
  4. Allow the lip balm to cool to 130ºF.
  5. Fill each lip balm tube to the top and allow to harden.
  6. Apply tops
  7. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Apply to lips as desired.
