This scrub is the perfect blend of sugar, oils and butter to leave your skin feeling smooth and moisturized after each use. The thickness of this scrub will help it to stay put and not make a mess on the shower floor. Rose water hydrosol gives a soft natural scent.

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 32 oz. Sugar - White Granulated Sugar
• 7.45 oz. Coconut Oil - 76º Melt
• 3.35 oz. Shea Butter - Ultra Refined
• .75 oz. Beeswax - Ivory
• 1.20 oz. Emulsifying Wax - Soft & Silky
• 1.45 oz. Meadowfoam Seed Oil
• .25 oz. Preservative - Water Soluble PF (Compare to Germall Plus)
• .10 oz. Vitamin E Natural T-50
• 1 oz. Rose Water Essential Hydrosol
• 4 Drop(s) EZ Color - Sexy Pink Slippers


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Double Boiler
• (1) Stove Top or Hot Plate
• (1) Stick Blender or Hand Mixer
• (1) Spoon or Spatula
• (1) Large Glass Bowl
• (1) Small Glass Bowl

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To metal pot, add coconut oil, shea butter, meadowfoam seed oil, beeswax, and emulsifying wax and heat on hot plate or stovetop until the butter begins to melt.
  2. Remove from heat and stir until all ingredients are liquid.
  3. Mix with stick blenderr for five minutes.  Allow liquids to cool to 122ºF.  Add in vitamin e (Place in refrigerator for faster cooling.)
  4. Add rose water, preservative. Whip with stick blender and allow product to cool to 80ºF.
  5. Pour into large bowl and slowly add sifted sugar. drop in ez color and mix with your hands until the mixture is well blended.
  6. Fill jars each with about 8 oz. by weight. Close tops
  7. Label accordingly.
To Use: Gently scrub on wet skin and rinse.
