About This Recipe:
This beginner-friendly kit makes (12) adorable bars of honeycomb soap. Crafter’s Choice Honey Melt & Pour Soap Base is made with real, antioxidant-rich honey and has a beautiful golden color. We also added Manuka Honey Extract for its skin-loving benefits. And the Honey & Apricot Fragrance Oil is a delicious blend of summer citrus, ripe apricot, and fresh honey. How sweet!

(1) 2 lb Premium Honey MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
(1) 1/2 oz Manuka Honey Extract - Water Soluble
(1) 2 fl. oz Honey & Apricot Fragrance Oil 664
(1) 2 oz Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap
(1) 1 Mold Honeycomb With Bee Silicone Mold


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 32 oz. Premium Honey MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• .5 oz. Manuka Honey Extract - Water Soluble
• .7 oz. Honey & Apricot Fragrance Oil 664
• .35 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Soap Cutter
• (1) Cutting Mat
• (1) Microwave Safe Measuring Cup
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Small Glass Bowl
• (1) Cookie Sheet

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, workspace and sanitized equipment.
  1. Add 16 oz. of cut up Premium Honey MP Soap Base to a microwave-safe measuring cup. Heat in microwave until soap has completely melted. 
  2. In a small bowl or beaker, mix together .35 oz. of fragrance oil and .18 oz of Vanilla Color Stabilizer for MP Soap. let sit for 2 minutes. 
  3. Stir in .25 oz. of Manuka Honey Extract to soap. Mix well.
  4. Add Frgarance oil mixture to soap and mix well.
  5. Pour soap into six cavities of soap mold. Spritz the top with rubbing alcohol to break up any air bubbles that may appear. Let harden.
  6. Remove from mold and set aside.
  7. Repeat above steps to make 6 more bars of soap.
  8. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto skin and rinse with warm water.
