Prep, set, and refresh your face with this easy primer mist! Crafter’s Choice Luxury Moisturizing Mist II – Modified makes this facial spray super simple and creates a crystal clear final product. We also added Caffeine Extract, and a Natural Peach Blossom and Rice Flower fragrance oil for a refreshing, hydrating spritz.

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 16 oz. Luxury Moisturizing Mist II - Modified
• 1 oz. Caffeine Extract - Water Soluble
• 1 oz. Peach Blossom & Rice Flower - Natural Fragrance Oil 948

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, workspace and sanitized equipment.
  1. On a scale, pour 16 oz of Luxury Moisturizing Mist II - Modified into a measuring cup.
  2. Add 1oz caffeiene extract and 0.5 fragrance oil, and stir completely.
  3. Pour evenly into each bottle, trim dip tubes to length and cap.
  4. Label accordingly.
To Use: Mist over face to refresh and soothe skin any time of day.
