About This Recipe:
Sweet Almond Oil and Coconut Oil add moisturizing and heat protectant properties — the perfect complement to heat styling.

(1) 2 oz Coconut Oil - 76º Melt
(1) Distilled Water (not included in kit)
(1) 2 oz Sweet Almond Oil - Refined
(1) 2 fl. oz Cucumber & Jade Fragrance Oil 208
(1) 2 oz Preservative - Sorbic Acid +2 PF (Compare to Optiphen Plus)
(1) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic
(4) 1 Bottle 04 oz Black Bullet Plastic Bottle - 20/410
(4) 1 Piece 20/410 Black Ribbed Sprayer Top - Clear Cap


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 0.32 oz. Coconut Oil - 76º Melt
• 14 oz. Distilled Water (not included in kit)
• 1 oz. Sweet Almond Oil - Refined
• 12 Drop(s) Cucumber & Jade Fragrance Oil 208
• .2 oz. Preservative - Sorbic Acid +2 PF (Compare to Optiphen Plus)


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Mixing Spoon
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add the distilled water. Using a microwave on high, heat for 30 seconds.
  2. Place Coconut Oil in a cup of hot water to liquify if necessary.
  3. To a heat safe pourable container , add 14 oz of distilled water, 0.32 oz of melted Coconut Oil, 1 oz of Sweet Almond Oil, 12 drops of Cucumber & Jade Fragrance Oil, and .2 ounces of Sorbic Acid +2 PF.  Mix well.
  4. Pour 4 ounces into each bottle.
  5. Place ribbed sprayer top on each bottle and shake well.
  6. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Spritz onto hair before using heat. Shake product before each use.
