Summer is here! These single-use grapefruit salt scrub cubes are a perfection addition for your shower. This exfoliating scrub will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth.

(1) 1 lb Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
(1) 2 oz Cornstarch - Pure
(2) 2 oz Dead Sea Salt - Coarse Grain
(1) 2 fl. oz Grapefruit (Pink) EO - Certified 100% Pure 141
(1) 1/2 oz Grapefruit Extract - Water Soluble
(2) 2 oz Citric Acid Powder
(1) 2 oz Coconut Oil - 76º Melt
(1) 2.5 gm Bag Plumberry Pink Mica Powder
(1) 2 lb Basic Clear MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
(1) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic
(1) 1 Mold Citrus Slice Mini Silicone Mold
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 8 oz. Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
• 0.5 oz. Cornstarch - Pure
• 4 oz. Dead Sea Salt - Coarse Grain
• 5 Drop(s) Grapefruit (Pink) EO - Certified 100% Pure 141
• 5 Drop(s) Grapefruit Extract - Water Soluble
• 4 oz. Citric Acid Powder
• 1.4 oz. Coconut Oil - 76º Melt
•  Plumberry Pink Mica Powder
• 1 oz. Basic Clear MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Medium Glass Mixing Bowl
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup
• (3) Small Mixing Bowl
• (1) Whisk
• (1) Measuring Spoons
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves, and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Into a medium mixing bowl, add baking soda, cornstarch, and dead sea salts. Whisk together.
  2. Using a plastic dropper, add 5 drops of grapefruit extract and 5 drops of EO. Mix in well.
  3. Add citric acid and mix well.
  4. Add coconut oil and mix well.
  5. Separate mixture into three separate bowls, measuring out 6 oz into each bowl.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp plumberry pink mica to first bowl. Add 1/8 tsp plumberry pink mica to second bowl. Leave third bowl as is.
  7. Into a microwave safe measuring cup, add 0.30 oz of MP soap. Heat in microwave for a few seconds until melted. 
  8. Add melted soap into one of the bowls and mix with gloved hands.
  9. Repeat steps 7-8 with other two bowls.
  10. Fill mold with layers of each color, or however desired. Pack mixture down well.
  11. Allow scrubs to air dry for 24-48 hours.
  12. Repeat steps 1-10 and continue until all (18) scrubs are made.
  13. Package six cubes per bag and tie.
  14. Label product accordingly.

To Use: Gently scrub on wet skin and rinse off.
