About This Recipe:
This creamy and rich body wash leaves your skin moisturized after just one wash.  Coconut milk powder and coconut oil both have natural moisturizing properties that will leave your skin soft and smooth.

(4) 16 oz Liquid Suspension Soap Base
(1) 1 lb Coconut Oil - 76º Melt
(1) 2 oz Coconut Milk Powder
(1) 2 fl. oz Coconut Milk Fragrance Oil 821
(1) 2 oz Preservative - Water Soluble PF (Compare to Germall Plus)
(1) 2 oz Polysorbate 80
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(8) 1 Piece 24/410 Black Smooth Disc Top Cap
(8) 1 Bottle 08 oz Clear Cosmo Oval Plastic Bottle - 24/410


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 50 oz. Liquid Suspension Soap Base
• 15 oz. Coconut Oil - 76º Melt
• 2 oz. Coconut Milk Powder
• 1.50 oz. Coconut Milk Fragrance Oil 821
• 0.35 oz. Preservative - Water Soluble PF (Compare to Germall Plus)
• 0.68 oz. Polysorbate 80


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Measuring Cup (64 oz.)
• (1) Wire Whisk
• (1) Small Measuring Cup
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Hot Water
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE:  If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask.  We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Place bottle of coconut oil in sink full of hot water until it is all melted and liquid.
  2. To large measuring cup, add Liquid Suspension Soap Base and Coconut 76 Oil. Whisk until blended and set aside.
  3. Pour Coconut Milk Powder and Coconut Milk Fragrance Oil in small measuring cup. Whisk until coconut milk powder is completely dissolved.
  4. Add coconut powder/fragrance mix, preservative and Poly 80 to soap mixture. Whisk until completely blended.
  5. Fill each bottle to approximately 8.5 oz. and apply caps.
  6. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse with warm water.
