Heat Seal Bags

Heat Seal Bags come in a variety of sizes ranging from small heat seal packets for sample sizes or large pouches for full product sizes. The small packets are used for lotion, face cream, and shower gels samples as well as single-use facemasks. The larger pouches are used for bath salts and facemasks. The heat seal keeps browsing customers from opening up products, and keeps your product pristine for purchasers.

Our 20 oz Clear Spout Bag is Heat Sealed and made from mylar plastic, making it great to hold shower product. Great for refilling products! The spout makes it easy to dispense product and comes with white plastic cap to close.

Gusset allows for standing.

This 2 x 4.75 inch Heat Seal Sample Packet is great for product samples. The silver packet is moisture and oxygen resistant. Once heat sealed it is safety sealed until your customer tears the top perforation. Holds approximately 1/2 fluid ounce.

This bag features a zip close top with heat sealable header. The bag measures 5" by 8" with a 1.25" header with tear notch and a gusset (bottom) of 2.5". The bags are constructed of 2 mil clear LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) laminated with 0.51 mil PVDC coated PET (polyethylene terephthalate).
