A fall pumpkin hayride was the inspiration behind this soap. The soap is gently exfoliating with both oatmeal and luffa powder. It also includes honey and is scented with a woody pumpkin scent that will bring back memories of haunted hayrides!

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace - To large measuring cup, add cut-up oatmeal soap. Melt soap in microwave.
- To beaker, mix 0.60 oz. fragrance with 0.30 oz. stabilizer, and allow mixture to sit for two minutes. Add mixture and 0.20 oz. luffa powder to melted soap. Stir well.
- Pour melted soap into loaf mold. Allow soap to harden.
- To small measuring cup, add 8.75 oz. cutup honey soap. Melt soap in microwave.
- To beaker, mix 0.20 oz. fragrance with 0.10 oz. stabilizer, and allow mixture to sit for two minutes. Add mixture and orange mica to melted soap. Stir well.
- When soap is 115ºF, pour it into pumpkin mold. Allow soap to harden.
- Remove oatmeal soap from mold and cut the loaf into blocks small enough to fit in the salad
shooter. Place one block in salad shooter with cheese grater attachment. Turn appliance on to grate soap. Repeat grating until all oatmeal soap is grated. Set soap aside. - To large measuring cup, add 23.25 oz. cutup honey soap. Melt soap in microwave.
- To beaker, mix 0.70 oz. fragrance with 0.35 oz. stabilizer, and allow mixture to sit for two minutes. Add mixture to melted soap. Stir well.
- When soap is 125ºF, pour soap to cover bottom of loaf mold. Spritz handful of soap curls with rubbing alcohol and place into mold. Pour soap to cover curls. Repeat until the curls are ½” from the top.
- Spray soap in mold with rubbing alcohol and pour ¼” layer of honey soap. Spray pumpkin soap with rubbing alcohol and place into soap.
- Spritz more soap curls and push into soap around pumpkin embed.
- Pour a thin layer of soap over curls.
- Sprinkle 0.05 oz. luffa powder onto honey soap. Allow soap to harden.
- Remove soap from mold and slice into bars.
- To beaker, add green mica and spray with rubbing alcohol. Mix well. Keep spraying and mixing until it is a paste. Paint onto pumpkin tops. Allow to dry.
- Wrap soap in plastic wrap and label accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse off.
