Kids will love to play with these adorable fish after they have used up the soap. These fun toys squirt water to create lots of fun bath time. This is a quick and easy recipe to make with kids.
Note: This recipe is for inspiration only. We no longer sell the fish toys used in this recipe. Any other small toy can be used in place of the fish.

• (2) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (32 oz.)
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Rubbing Alcohol - 99%
• (1) Hand Mixer
• (1) Piping Bags with Decorator Tip

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace. - Place silicone mold on cookie sheet.
- In microwave-safe measuring cup, add 18 oz. of cut up soap. Heat in microwave until melted.
- Add 4-5 drops of Stained Glass Ocean Blue liquid dye or to desired shade. Blend well.
- Add 0.55 oz. fragrance and stir.
- Pour soap into 9 cavities of soap mold filling to the top. Spritz with rubbing alcohol to release any surface bubbles. Let soap harden.
- Remove from mold and set aside.
- In microwave-safe measuring cup, add 6 oz. cut up clear soap and heat in microwave until melted.
- Add drops of color and 0.20 oz. fragrance oil and blend well.
- Pour into three mold cavities, spritz with alcohol and let soap harden.
- Remove from mold and set aside.
- In large microwave-safe mixing bowl, add 8 oz. cut up soap. Heat in microwave until melted.
- Add Foaming Bath Whip and stir into melted soap to soften.
- Using a hand mixer, whip ingredients until mixture starts to thicken.
- In plastic beaker, add glycerin and palm kernel flakes. Place in microwave and heat just until melted. Stir to blend.
- Begin to whip product, then add glycerin mixture. Be sure to scrape sides of bowl with spatula.
- Add 0.20 oz. fragrance and whip on medium-high until frosting starts to thicken. Let mixture sit for 5-10 minutes and let cool.
- Place a decorating tip into a decorator bag or plastic food bag. Cut off the tip and push the end of the decorator tip through so it is sticking out of the bag.
- Fill with soap frosting. Push a small amount out of the tip to make sure it is firm enough to pipe. If not, let set for a few more minutes to thicken.
- Pipe frosting onto soaps. Sprinkle with blue glitter, if desired, then add a fish to each bar.
- Let set for about 24 hours to let frosting completely harden.
- Package in cello bags and tie with curling ribbon.
- Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse with warm water.
