Blushed Orchid Body Wash and Lotion Gift Set Recipe

(1) 1 Gallon (1 Bucket) Shea Butter & Aloe Lotion

(1) 2 fl. oz Blushed Orchid Fragrance Oil 879

(1) 2 oz Vanilla Color Stabilizer - Lotions - Washes

(2) 2.5 gm Bag Super Sparkle Rose Gold Mica Powder

(1) 1 Gallon (1 Jug) Liquid Suspension Soap Base

(1) 2 oz Bubble Wash Pearlizer

(1) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene

Recipe Ingredients:

• 52 oz. Shea Butter & Aloe Lotion
• 2.0 oz. Blushed Orchid Fragrance Oil 879
• 1.0 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer - Lotions - Washes
• 12 .15 ml Scoop Super Sparkle Rose Gold Mica Powder
• 108 oz. Liquid Suspension Soap Base
• 1.5 oz. Bubble Wash Pearlizer

• (2) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (64 oz.)
• (2) Mixing Spoons

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.

1. LOTION: To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 26 oz. of lotion base. Place in microwave and heat for about 1-2 minutes to thin lotion. 
2. In a plastic beaker, mix 0.45 oz. fragrance oil and 0.23 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer. Let sit for two minutes.
3. Add 3 micro scoops of Rose Gold Mica Powder and mix into the fragrance mixture. 
4. Pour colored liquid into the lotion and stir well to incorporate.
5. Pour lotion into a Mix & Pour Funnel Pitcher to make it easier to pour into the bottles.
6. Fill each 4 oz. bottle to 4.33 oz. by weight. Set aside. 
7. Repeat above steps to make remaining 6 bottles.
8. Apply caps to bottles once lotion has completely cooled.
9. Label product accordingly.

To Use: Apply to skin as often as desired. 

1. BODY WASH: Empty 54 oz. of Liquid Suspension Soap Base into microwave-safe measuring cup. Heat in microwave for about 1-2 minutes.
2. Add 0.75 oz. Bubble Wash Pearlizer and mix in well. 
3. In a plastic beaker mix 0.55 oz. fragrance oil with 0.28 oz. stabilizer. Let sit for two minutes. Add 3 micro scoops of Rose Gold Mica Powder and stir.
4. Add fragrance/color solution to warmed soap base and stir well to incorporate ingredients. 
5. Fill each Keuka bottle to 8.65 oz. by weight. Any remaining product can be divided evenly. Set aside. 
6. Repeat steps 1-5 to fill remaining 6 bottles.
7. Once product has completely cooled, apply caps. 
8. Label product accordingly.

To Use:  Massage onto wet skin. Rinse well with warm water.

To Package: Place 1 lotion and 1 body wash into a cello bag with crinkle paper and tie with coordinating ribbon.
