Please recheck your measurements for the fragrances. The total amount of fragrance added plus Polysorbate 80 equals 17.5 mls. When adding this to 5 lbs. of salts should not have been so much that it melt your bath salts. We are thinking you may have added too much of the liquid ingredients.

Yes, this could be the problem, I appreciate your response. I'll try again and post if necessary but I'm sure this will clear it up. I'm also thinking our high humidity area might contribute, I'll try a low heat dry environment to dry them as well. Thanks for a great site and products!
