Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace. - Place silicone loaf mold on a cookie sheet. This helps stabilize the mold if it needs to be moved.
- In plastic beaker, weigh 0.75 oz. of fragrance oil with 0.35 oz. of Vanilla Color Stabilizer. Mix well and set aside.
- In microwave-safe measuring cup, add 8 oz. cut up white soap. Heat in microwave until soap has melted.
- In plastic beaker, mix 1 oz. glycerin with 1 teaspoon of Coral Orange Reef mica powder. Using mini-mixer to blend powder in well. Add to melted soap until desired shade is reached.
- Stir fragrance mixture, then add 0.55 oz. to colored soap.Mix well.
- Pour into soap mold. Spritz with alcohol to dissolve surface bubbles. Let soap harden.
- Melt 3 oz. of white soap. When soap has cooled to 125° F, spritz top of first layer with rubbing alcohol and pour soap into mold. Spritz and let harden.
- In microwave-safe measuring cup, add 8 oz. cut up soap. Heat in microwave until melted.
- To plastic beaker, add 1 oz. glycerin and 1 teaspoon of NuTone Magenta powder. Mix with mini-mixer until blended.
- Add color to melted soap until desired shade is reached. Add remaining fragrance oil mixture to soap and blend.
- When soap has cooled to 125°F, spritz soap in mold well with rubbing alcohol. Pour melted soap into mold and let harden.
- Melt 3 oz. of white soap. Once soap has cooled to 130°F, spritz soap in mold and pour white soap over the top. Let soap harden.
- Repeat above directions from Step 2 to pour one more layer of orange and one more layer of magenta with a layer of white between.
- To microwave-safe mixing bowl, add 10 oz. of cut up soap and heat until melted.
- Using a hand mixer, beat soap on medium until soap just starts to thicken.
- Spritz soap in mold with alcohol and immediately pour thickened soap on top of loaf. Use a spoon to make peaks and to make it look like frosting.
- Top with sprinkles and let soap harden.
- Cut loaf into slices using the wavy soap cutter and wrap tightly with saran wrap.
- Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse off with warm water.
