Cool Frost Emulsified Sugar Scrub Recipe

Yield: 6 Jars  |  Est. Time: 1 Hour  |  Level: Easy

About This Recipe:
We love emulsified sugar scrubs because they exfoliate skin, moisturize, and rinse off easily compared to traditional scrubs. This scrub has a wintry cool frosty scent, and is complemented with a blue color.
