NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, workspace and sanitized equipment.
Add 2 oz. Versagel to a double boiler and heat until temperature of base reaches 160°F. We recommend heating in 4 minute increments. Remove, stir and continue to heat. This can take up to 10 minutes.
Add .96 oz. MCT to a small microwave-safe container and heat in microwave for 1 minute. Slowly stir into Versagel until well blended.
Add .09 oz. of Vanilla Sweetened Flavor Oil, stir well.
Add 5 drops of Matte White EZ, Matte Brown EZ Color, and Matte Red EZ Color and stir well.
To fill bottles, take a plastic dropper and cut off the top at the 2 ml mark (2 inches from tip). Tape the tip of the dropper to the syringe.
Fill the syringe with the Vesagel mixture, using the spatula push the lip gloss to the bottom and insert plunger. Place the syringe in the tube part of the Lip Gloss Wand and Tube set and fill.
