Directions:
WARNING: This project and these instructions have been written for someone who has experience making soap and knows the potential dangers due to working with sodium hydroxide. It will not outline all safety methods of working with dangerous chemicals, it is simply a soap recipe for advanced soap makers.
  1. Assemble the three triangle column molds and the squiggle mold being sure the sides and bottom are securely fastened. Place molds in cup or box to help keep upright while pouring.
  2. Face: To polypropylene pitcher, add 1.55 oz. water.  Slowly add 0.60 oz. lye and stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  3. To metal pot, add 2.40 oz. Olive Oil, 0.74 oz. Coconut Oil, 0.69 oz. Murumuru Butter, 0.19 oz. Castor Oil and 0.07 oz. Sweet Almond.  Heat on stovetop until melted.
  4. In plastic beaker, mix black pigment with a small amount of melted oils and blend well.
  5. When both the lye mixture and the oils are 120°F, pour the lye mixture into the oils. Stick blend until you reach a light trace. Add in fragrance and color and mix until completely blended.
  6. Carefully pour into all four molds. Gently tap each on the counter to release any air bubbles. Let set overnight. If soft when unmolding, place molds in freezer for 30 minutes.
  7. Once unmolded, allow the embeds to sit for an additional 24 hours to harden.
  8. Weigh 10.64 oz. water and 4.10 oz. lye in separate polypropylene containers. Pour lye into water mixing until lye has dissolved. Set aside in safe area to cool.
  9. To metal pot, add 16.43 oz. Olive Oil, 5.05 oz. Coconut Oil, 4.74 oz. Murumuru Butter, 1.26 oz. Castor Oil and 0.49 oz. Sweet Almond Oil. Heat just until melted.
  10. To plastic beaker, add Adobe Orange Mica Powder. Mix with about 1 oz. melted oils.
  11. To plastic container (about 8 oz. size), add Matte Woodland Green mica. Mix with small amount of oils.
  12. In another plastic beaker, mix 1.60 oz. fragrance oil with 0.80 oz. vanilla stabilizer. Set aside.
  13. Add 0.50 oz. sodium lactate to lye water.
  14. Once both lye water and oils have cooled to 120°F, pour lye water into oils. Stick blend to light trace. Add fragrance mixture and stir by hand. Stick blend until smooth. Batter will thin out and may also rice so continue to stick blend until smooth and you reach a light to medium trace.
  15. Pour 6 oz. of batter into container with green color.
  16. Add orange color to remaining batter and blend color well.
  17. Pour a thin layer into bottom of loaf mold. Tap on counter to smooth out. After 5 minutes, carefully lay the squiggle soap across the bottom for the mouth. Check the mold from the ends to make sure it is centered.
  18. Pour a little more batter into mold tapping to smooth out batter. Carefully lay down one triangle for the nose, checking the ends of the mold to make sure the nose is centered.
  19. Pour more batter into mold tapping to smooth out batter. Carefully lay down the eyes, checking their position from the ends of the mold to make sure they are centered.
  20. Finish pouring remaining orange batter into mold. With a spoon or spatula, make a trench in the middle of the loaf for the stem. Push the orange soap to either side and mound it up.
  21. Stick blend the green soap in plastic container until blended and smooth. Spoon batter down the middle of the mold. Batter should be thick enough to mound up in the middle so the stem is higher than the orange sides.
  22. Let soap set for at least 24 hours. Remove from mold and slice using a mitre box with a wavy soap cutter, if available.
  23. Let soap cure for 4-6 weeks then package as desired.
  24. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse with warm water. Avoid contact with eyes.
