This easy hand cleanser is made with our No Rinse Foaming Hand Wash Base, which cleanses hands without the need to rinse with water. We added our best-selling Melon Ball fragrance for a sweet, fruity scent that kids (and adults) will love!
Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.
Equipment From Home:
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (16 oz.)

Directions:
- To measuring cup, add 16 oz No Rinse Foaming Hand Wash.
- In beaker, mix together 0.10 oz Fragrance oil and 0.40 oz FO & EO Modifier. Set aside for two (2) minutes.
- Add modified fragrance into hand wash and mix well.
- Add 3 drops of liquid color and mix.
- Fill bottles to 1.60 oz by weight and screw on foamer top.
- Label product accordingly.
To Use: Pump onto dry hands and rub into skin. No need to rinse off.
