To microwave-safe mixing bowl, add 12 oz. cut-up oatmeal soap and heat in microwave until melted. Pour into rectangle silicone tray mold and set aside to harden.
To plastic beaker, add fragrance oil and vanilla stabilizer. Set aside.
To mixing bowl, add cut-up three butter soap and heat in microwave until completely melted.
Add Foaming Bath Whip to melted soap and stir.
Add fragrance mixture and Lemon Yellow Liquid Color and stir well.
When oatmeal soap is hard, spritz with rubbing alcohol. Pour European salts into melted soap and stir quickly. Immediately pour mixture over oatmeal soap. If mixture has become too hard to pour, heat in microwave for 30 seconds and mix.
Allow soap to harden and then remove from mold. Cut bars at score line – you will have 12 bars total. Cut each bar in half, lengthwise, then cut each side into three. You will have six cubes per rectangle bar for a total of 72 cubes when completed.
