To a large mixing bowl, add 16 oz. of baking soda and 8 oz. of citric acid. Blend with a wire whisk. If there are any clumps, a sifter can be used to break these up. If desired, use gloved hands to mix ingredients.
Using a plastic dropper, add the fragrance oil by drizzling into different locations of the mixture. Mix fragrance in well.
Using a spray bottle with at least 91% rubbing alcohol, spritz mixture, mixing at the same time, until it holds together when pressed in the palm of the hand.
Pack both sides of mold tightly with product, leaving a little extra in the middle.
Place bath bombs in mold on bubble wrap or in egg cartons overnight.
Unmold bath fizzies and place on a tray.
Place the black color block into plastic beaker and heat in the microwave in 5 second intervals until completely melted.
Using a childs paintbrush, paint eyes and a mouth on first bath bomb. Take another bath bomb and draw three buttons on it.
Repeat till all bath bombs are painted into pairs.
Place the orange color block into a plastic beaker and heat in microwave in 5 second intervals till melted.
With a clean brush, paint a carrot nose on the snowman face.
Allow 24 hours for paint to dry or longer if needed.
To package, place a top and bottom of the snowman into a cello bag. Tie with raffia and add label.
To Use: Place one bath fizzy into bath under running water.
