NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace. - To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 10 oz. of cut up Extra Clear Soap Base and 1/2 of the Green Soap Color Cube. Heat in microwave until the soap has melted. Stir until color is incorporated.
- Pour soap into the loaf mold. Spritz top of soap with rubbing alcohol to release any surface bubbles.
- Once soap has completely hardened, remove from silicone mold. Grate the entire piece of green soap with a cheese grater. Set soap shavings aside.
- To microwave-safe measuring cup, add another 10 oz. of cut up Extra Clear Soap along with 1/4 of the Green Soap Color Cube. Heat in microwave until soap has melted.
- In a plastic beaker, mix together 8.5 ml of Sugared Spruce Fragrance Oil with 4.25 ml of Vanilla Color Stabilizer for MP Soap. Mix well and let sit for 2 minutes. Add to melted green soap, pour into mold and let harden.
- To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 20 oz. of cut up Ultra White Soap. Heat in microwave until melted.
- In a plastic beaker, mix 20 ml of fragrance oil with 10 ml of Vanilla Color Stabilizer for MP Soap. Let sit for 2 minutes then add to melted white soap. Blend in well.
- When the soap temperature is at or below 125°F, spritz green soap generously with rubbing alcohol, and pour a small layer of white soap on top. Spritz a handful of green soap shreds with alcohol and place into mold. Pour a little more white soap and follow with more alcohol-spritzed green soap shreds. Continue until all the white soap has been poured. There will be soap shreds remaining which will be used for the top layer. Let soap completely harden.
