Try placing a metal or plastic container with a small amount of water (1/4 to 1/2"). Place tubes standing upright and freeze the tray. Remove once frozen and pour! The ice holds the tubes in place, cools them quickly, and as it begins to melt, you can easily remove the tubes!

I like to use the plastic beaker that is sold at WSP. It has a slight lip that makes a perfect pour spout. When the lip base begins to harden, the beaker can be heated in the microwave for 5 seconds and all of the base is liquid again. I don't like lip trays because the snug fit causes the tube neck to reform to a slightly smaller size and then the tops fall off when stored in a purse.

I use the disposable pipettes to fill these while the lip base is still liquid. Makes it super easy to fill and get the perfect bubble on top!
