"Perfect" COMMENTS:  I ended up with several dozen bottles for which I needed caps. These seal perfectly, and are actually phenolic instead of random black plastic. Specifically: these caps fit 18-DIN neck finish, AKA euro, glass bottles that are often sold with droppers, sprayers, or reducer caps. Some glass sample vials also have this neck finish.
