This stylish 2 oz natural twist up tube is perfect for lotion bars. Dial up design and screw on top keeps product safe until ready for use!
Height: 5". Diameter: 1 1/2".
Suggested Shrink Band: 80 x 55.
Label Area: 3” tall x 5” around.
Filling temps (plus or minus 5 degrees):
125 degrees for a deodorant or lotion bar (product w/out alcohol)
140 degrees for an antiperspirant
Filling with a solution that is too hot can warp the plastic & damage the mechanisms. Containers are not "water tight", so pouring too hot can also cause leaking (until the formulation solidifies). Compatibility testing is always recommended as well as twisting up and down prior to use to ensure that the tubes work properly. If the solution placed in them is too thick or pasty, the twist mechanism cannot freely move product up and down.

Directions:
Fill tube to top with melted product such as a lip balm recipe or lotion bar recipe. Allow to solidify then twist on cap. To use, twist off cap and twist the bottom up to bring product upwards.

COMMENTS: This is a decent plastic tube that I've used for lotions and other similar products. I like the twist cap which fits securely and the tubes overall seem to be fairly durable, although I have had a few break when dropped or even twisting the cap. Still, overall a good tube that makes application easy. What I do not like is the extra wasted space at the bottom of the tube and also in the cap. The tube is not perfectly cylindrical, as the diameter of the top of the tube is slightly larger than the diameter of the bottom of the tube. This makes it frustrated when applying labels. So overall, I give it 3/5 stars.

COMMENTS: Usually make lotion bars in a single-use mold but decided to try this twist-up tube. Am really happy that I did! These tubes are well made, the tops fit perfectly, and the twisting of the product was super easy. Find them more convenient to use than the single-use bar and should travel well. Got some in black, also, for some of the masculine scents, and really glad I did. Will be getting more.

COMMENTS: These tube's lids fit well and screw down tight. I have not had a problem with leaks at all. I get complaints from customers though that the tube is so big for only holding 2 oz of lotion. There is a LOT of empty space in the bottom of the container so it looks like I am cheap and only filling the tube 3/4 full

COMMENTS: I use this containers for Lotion Sticks. The containers are great - easy to fill and package. They can fill up to 2.3oz of lotion. It is a bit large to my liking and I can't fill it less than 2.2oz because the push bar sticks out.
I am impressed with the service of the company. There was a fault with one of the containers in the count of 48 I received. I contacted the customer service via e-mail and I received a replacement before I was able to check back on their response. Nice job! Thanks a lot.

COMMENTS: Just made a batch of lotion bars in these tubes. They're quite sturdy; I poured while it was sitting on my scale. Had no problem with leaking. They seem to work well. However, I will say that it's recommended to pour at 120 degrees; but I had to pour close to 150 because my mixture was starting to harden in the measuring cup. Probably related to ingredients used. Very satisfied with them. Definitely will be ordering more.

COMMENTS: I've been using these for my lotion bars and I love them! For mine I've noticed it holds 2.1 ounces of product, but I still label at 2oz to be safe. The screw to lids seem to be leak proof, and my customers like them so much better than the old way I did then (a solid bar in a travel tin). COMMENTS: I actually used these as my deodorant tubes. Some of the cheaper ones that look the same tend to break off where the stem and wheel join as you move the product up the tube. These do not break off. I actually had a customer write in my site review that this was the best deodorant tube she has used. So, yes, it is a bit pricey, but worth it. You don't want a recipient upset because the delivery method broke and they can't use the product.

COMMENTS: Love these tubes to make my lotion bars and stain sticks. Makes using lotion bars less messy. I also use them for my cold process stain stick recipe, and the one trick I did learn is about 2 hours after pouring soap to screw the the twist up thing about a quarter in while the soap is still setting. Otherwise it's hard to turn and the possibility of breaking the twisting end is a factor.

COMMENTS: I used these tubes for lotion bars, and they work well for that and look good. I took a star off, because inside the lid is a raised number which shows through (and appears backwards) on the top. I find this very odd, especially since the numbers aren't sequential in any way and a couple had the same number, so it doesn't seem like it would be helpful for test batches. It won't keep me from reordering, unless I can find something like this at a comparable price.

COMMENTS: This was the best price for these tubes that I found. They work well for lotion bars and its nice that the cap has to twist off. This way you know it won't fall off. The only thing is there is a lot of empty space at the bottom of the tube and the caps aren't that pretty. Overall it is a great container for lotion bars.

COMMENTS: These are my favorite tubes for lotion and deodorant. Would never use any other. I love the natural plastic tone and how much product they hold. I love the design too. I reuse the ones I use, and they are easy to clean. Wouldnt do that for a customer, but I love how long they last and how easy they are to use.

COMMENTS: This product is a great option for balms and salves. I make a healing balm that is pretty hard and using it in a jar can be a bit annoying. This twist tube eliminates the process of digging your hand into a jar to use the salve. Also, it's compact size is perfect for carrying around in your purse. It takes heated ingredients pretty well, no spillage. I highly recommend this product!

COMMENTS: I love this product! I use it to make pain salves and chest rubs in a stick form and it works great. I can pour my salves in while really hot and it doesn't melt the plastic at all. Very sturdy containers, easy to fill and easy to use. Will always buy these twist up tubes!

COMMENTS: I REALLY liked that the tubes have a twist on lid. Even when the lotion melted during an extreme heat day, there was very little leakage from the tubes. I'm impressed and happy. While it did not keeping the liquid completely within the tube, the damage was minimized because of the quality of the lid.

COMMENTS: Overall this is a great product! I received it on Friday and was anxious to try it out by Saturday! I filled it with a body balm and it worked great! I like the twist up mechanism and the twist on cap so I know if it won't accidentally open in a bag, briefcase or purse. I used a 2X2 label on the front and a 2X2 label on the back and it worked great! I plan to buy water resistant 2X2 labels so they won't show any stains from the oils in the butters. I will be using these also for my lotion bars/sticks. My only complaint is that there is a lot of wasted space in the cap. There is no way for me to fill product up into that area and it ends up just taking up room in your purse, bag or brief case that it doesn't need to. And the only other concern I have is that it only hold a little over 2 oz of product. It would be great if they made ones that held 3 and 4 ounces. For the price it should hold more than only 2 ounces! Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I definitely plan to buy more to have on hand to fill with my one body balm because it makes it so much easier to apply! And to fill with my lotion bar recipe to make lotion sticks. I also like the look of the round tube as it looks less like a deodorant container which is nice when you are filling it with product other than deodorant. All around a ver nice item!

"Label trouble" |

COMMENTS: I love these for the size, the opacity and the twist but they are not perfectly cylindrical. A 3x5 label fits but because the top is a smudge different from the bottom the label does not meet squarely by about 2mm. I'm a perfectionist and this irritates me very much and it doesn't make for a very professional looking package. A way around it is to either partially label (3x3) or use two labels as to cover the unevenness. I used a 3x4 for my color label with logo, name, etc and a 3x1.5 for the ingredients and other info. These is .25 inch overlap on each side and it looks square. As another reviewer stated, the cap height could be a little lower but this is not a deal breaker at all.

COMMENTS: This is a great little tube. I like the twist up and I like that it's clear. I like seeing when the product is almost out. I wish the top wasn't so high though. It's a lot of empty space. If you combine that space with the empty space under the twist up base, it makes it look a little emptier than I'd like. However, that won't stop me from buying more. They work good and I like them.

COMMENTS: I have a supply of some OTHER lotion bar tubes but am noticing a split or cleaving in the lotion bars. This twist up tube does not do that. I have tried the .75 oz size of this tube already and it works great. This twists up easily, lotion bars pour well with no surprises. There is quite a bit of space below the lotion bar which seems wasted to me. The cap sits up very tall also....seems like it wouldn't need to be so tall. Those are just observations. The important thing is that these work very well, hold up well, and make it easy to use the product. Will buy more of these.

COMMENTS: I like I only bought a couple to see how they function. Overall very happy with these. I like the way the product is dispensed… and it is a more modern design. It is a harder plastic as compared to the regular (deo-type) softer lotion bar tubes. I have not dropped these, but I am not sure if it would break, if it was dropped - food for thought if durability is an issue. Either way - good design and a sturdy container.

COMMENTS: I use this product for my lotion bars esp in the summer. A lotion bar forgotten in a hot car will not be a problem in these. I have never had a leak from the lid. I pour my melted butters and oils straight into the containers and pop into the fridge to harden. They are the perfect size. Small enough to be portable but large enough to hold plenty of product. The twist up design is much easier to use and liked much better than the push up containers.

COMMENTS: These are so much better than the deodorant containers when making lotion bars. Just the fact that it doesn't look like you're rubbing deodorant all over your body is great lol. With the size it's so easy to just throw them in your purse and you're good to go. With the natural color it's perfect when you want to make colored lotion bars, really pretty and stylish. They are a bit expensive but it's so worth it. Plus these are only $6 more than the .75oz tubes so factoring that in makes these a great value. I will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future.

COMMENTS: They are exactly what I've been looking for my deodorant bars. I like 2 oz size and round cylinder form. I will be buying more from now on. I think I would like them even more if they would be made from the same material as 1 oz push up sticks - crystal clear.

"Love the Twist-Up Tube!" |

COMMENTS: I use the Twist-Up Tube for lotion bars. The first time I made a lotion bar I poured them in molds. When you pop them put you have to wrap them or dust and dander gets on the bar... Not very pretty. And when you use the bar, now you have a oily mess to lay somewhere and now it also collects dust! The Twist-Up Tube solves that! Now my lotion bars stay nice and clean - no dust or dander on them. And the tube makes it easy to apply the lotion bar: just rub it on the areas you want and you don't even have to get your hands in the lotion if you don't want too!!
I love the wide base of the tube also! The tube does NOT tip over easily and is very easy to pour the melted lotion into!

"Great Deodorant or Lotion Tube" |

COMMENTS: This tube is great for Lotion Bars, and deodorant. I also use it for a bug repelling stick, and a sun stick. These containers are huge, they really hold a lot of product.
Use them for a product with high use, so you'll get repeat sales. They are also nice because they twist up, not push up so the product won't slide back in during use.

COMMENTS: I brought these to use with deodorants. They have held up well during my testing phases. I have placed them in the freezer as well as poured some hot (not too hot) oils in them and they have not melted. They also are very pretty too :)!!

"Perfect shaped tubes" |

COMMENTS: I use these tubes for the deodorant and lotion bars that I create. I like them much better than the traditional lotion bar tubes because they fit in the armpit without that awkward oval shape. Love them!!

"Great lotion bar holder" |

COMMENTS: This is a wonderful option for travel lotion bars. The tops screw on tightly and help keep even melted lotions in place. (This happened to a friend of mine who left it in a hot car. No part of the lotion leaked out!)
