Use the after-shave gel made from this project for soft and silky smooth skin.
Aloe vera gel, babassu oil and argan oil blend to create a moisturizing and soothing after-shave gel. Aloe vera has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine, and is thought to have many skin-beneficial properties. It serves as the base for this after-shave gel. Babassu oil and argan oil are both added to further condition and moisturize the skin as well as a botanical extract blend. Use this project to expand your product line!

"Great for shaved skin" |

COMMENTS: Easy to make! Customers like the soothing feel of the aloe and after it dries, it leaves shaved skin nice and smooth. I wasn't crazy about using Lemon Verbena for men so I used another scent and I didn't put enough in so next time I will try Lemon Verbena or add more of the other. Customers also asked for a pre-shave product as well.

COMMENTS: This was an easy to make kit that produces an after-shave that my husband really likes! The aloe in it is soothing to skin. Like most aloe gels, it does leave a slight sticky feeling on the skin but only for a few seconds until it's absorbed.

"Perfect Recipe!" |

COMMENTS: I made these for a Father's Day day gift for 100 men. The recipe is easy to follow and it was loved by many. I didn't add any additional fragrance, but I definitely will try do so with my next batch. I received requests for more after shave gel for months following the event. Women loved it just as much as the men.

"LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS KIT" |

COMMENTS: We had the best time ever making this after shave gel! The directions were simple and easy to follow and we yielded exactly what the directions stated! The kit comes unscented, so we decided to add Fifty Shades as a men's fragrance and it turned out simply amazing! Can't wait to order more!

"Fantastic Product for Men's Line" |

COMMENTS: This kit was so easy to use to make a sophisticated edition to my men's line. I scented with oakmoss & sandalwood and my husband loved it. He said even with the fragrance it doesn't sting as much as most other after shave products and it left his skin feeling smooth & fresh for the rest of the day.

COMMENTS: Just added to men's line. The kit allows you to make and package quickly. I split the kit ingredients into two fragrances - Barber Shoppe and Cool Water. Men love how it feels on their skin. My husband loves the dispenser container included in kit.

"Great kit, but..." |

COMMENTS: Love the ease and convenience, but as the directions state, the oil may be a solid. No big deal! After melting it down and adding it into the other ingredients we found that it solidified yet again, but this time in little clumps. This is something I should've realized before adding (to the other ingredients) so I don't fault the recipe. Just be aware that this could happen if working in cooler conditions like I was.

COMMENTS: This was so easy and it had the exact quantity you said it would. It did only take a 1/2 hour like you said and the product is great, My husband and I both love it. I added a little Cashmere Woods and it really came out well.
