Here are three different sized round ball silicone that might make it a lot easier for you to make. http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/store-search.aspx?FBK=round+ball. Only the largest size would give you a perfect ball but the mini scooper would also have a small flat area. If you do want to use the mini scooper, you might take a look at this recipe. http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/handmade101/how-to-make-recipes/snow-balls-soap.aspx

What procedure would I be using with the foaming bath whip, and also, how do you use the scooping tools with soap?

The recipe we provided for the snow balls uses the bath whip and MP. This keeps the mixture soft enough until molded. We have not used the scooper tools for MP soap. This is mostly used with bath fizzies. That is why we suggested using the silicone round ball mold and you would only use MP soap with these.
