"Super Nice and Spicey" |
COMMENTS: This is a very amazing scent - a hint of Rose, but more overpowered by robust spices making it unlike an overpowering floral scent. Perfect scent for men or women. A man told me he hates the smell of roses, but he really liked my product (cold process soap). It did not accelerate, and I soap at about 90 degrees.

"Beautiful Floral scent" |
COMMENTS: I'm absolutely impressed! It smelled pretty strong out of the bottle but as I incorporated it into the soap, let it sit and cut the bars, the scent mellowed out beautifully and I wish I could use a bar already!!! Soaped wonderfully! 10/10!

"Wonderful!" |
COMMENTS: I used this in cold process soap and it behaved beautifully. It smells wonderful! It is deep, complex and spicy.
I don't really pick up any rose smell at all, but my soap is only one day old right now. I think other reviewers said it will change a bit as soap cures. I bought this when small bottles were available--now I see it is only available in bulk. Sure hope it is available again in smaller quantities!

"Nice complex scent, sticks well in CP soap." |
COMMENTS: This fragrance performed exactly as described in the behavior description. A little bit separated out to the top of the bar, but the scent stuck like mad even at 3.8%, and otherwise behaved perfectly. Does cure out to a light-medium shade of tan. Very nice complex scent - I've added it to my body oil as well and a little bit goes a long way.

"Strong on the patchouli when fresh. No rose yet." |
COMMENTS: When I initially opened the bottle, I got a whiff of that "cheap hippy undertone" scent I do not enjoy. I'm not certain which exact scent I'm smelling, but I personally don't care for it. Mixed, it is barely there. The patchouli scent is very strong, along with a deep cinnamon. I haven't smelled rose at all yet, but I'm going to let it sit for a week to develop and see if it comes out. I'll update later when it has time to age. I'm using it for body and room spray at the recommended levels.
I'd say this is for strong patchouli lovers (I am one) but not for rose fans - I'd call it an upscale head shop scent if I were describing it to a friend.

"Deep and complex scent, lovely" |
COMMENTS: I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the description but was pleasantly surprised. In CP soap, the cinnamon comes out strong after curing, then the other scents start to show. This is a subtle scent, so its easy to use too much, be careful.

"No issues" |
COMMENTS: I didn’t know what to expect after reading the reviews since there aren’t many for this scent yet. I’ve had the scent for a little while now and decided to finally try it. It is a very nice spicy unisex scent for sure. I soaped at room temperature and it soaped beautifully! No separation, no ricing, no acceleration.

"Nice woody unisex smell, not rosy" |
COMMENTS: You won't smell a lot of rose in this, which is what I expected, but I used it in cold process soap and it came out very woody and unisex. I sold a lot of bars of this at my very first craft fair - it was the most popular soap there and people complimented me on the patchouli element in the fragrance. Appropriate for anyone, and I personally did not have any acceleration, the soap turned out very nice. Will definitely use it again, as it was a big hit!

"Lovely!" |
COMMENTS: We try a half dozen new fragrances each season and this is by far my favorite "new" scent this year. Not sure if it is more feminine or masculine. Appeals to everyone and very appealing to my customers.

COMMENTS: This is, hands down, my favorite scent. It is light and airy, yet extremely enticing. Just the right combination of spices and rose.

"Lovely" |
COMMENTS: Did not experience separation or ricing, light to moderate trace, soaped room temp. Scent retention strong after 1 week. I might love this one. The rose doesn’t stick out to me. Rather, this FO reminds me of Crabtree & Evelyn’s ORIGINAL Sandalwood (!), my all-time favorite and rare sandalwood cologne/perfume. Not a spot-on dupe (nothing could be) - it’s a bit sweeter and spicier, but it is in the family, so to speak.

"Pleasantly surprised" |
COMMENTS: After seeing the note on severe separation in cold process soap, I decided to try hot process instead and it worked like a charm - no separation at all. It does smell more like spice than rose but that's fine with me. May try my luck with a small batch of CP but think I'll skip this one for lotion. Will use again for HP, though.

"Needs to breathe" |
COMMENTS: This is not quite what I expected. OOB you get hit with cinnamon, and lots of it, with no rose. You really have to blot it to get a better idea of what it's going to be. We tried this fo first in a shampoo bar, and for the first several days it still smelled like spice with the patchouli making an appearance to round it out to a nice unisex smell....but still no rose. After about a week of curing, the rose finally started to show up. It is still a very unisex smell, and very nice. Just don't expect it to scream ROSE! Because it needs to breathe, we are probably going to abandon our idea of using this in lotion and stick with products that allow the scents to cure properly.
Overall, this is a really nice fragrance that will be a great addition to our fall line.
