COMMENTS: This smells like Coppertone suntan lotion from the '80s. Brought back lots of fun beach memories! I made this in a goat milk soap, and the fragrance didn't do as well as I had hoped it would - but I'm certain it will do just fine in a water-based soap. It's a great fragrance!

COMMENTS: I have high hopes this scent will throw beautifully. I like this scent alone, but mixed with Madagascar vanilla ( just a tiny bit) really gives a beachy or tanning lotion vibe. I really like it but it doesn't smell as coconutty to me as I expected, but it does smell tropical. I really enjoy tropical scents and flavors.

COMMENTS: I was hoping for a stronger coconut scent. Out of the bottle it smells like it would be strong but after using at 6% in CP soap the coconut scent is not there (soaped at room temp). It smells good, sweet, but not coconut. I waited six weeks to judge it and the scent didn't come through. I will order again because I like the scent for blending with Peppermint Candy scent (smells like mint chip ice cream!). Well behaved in soap, no acceleration, ricing, and discoloration was less than expected. Final scent is light and sweet at six weeks.

COMMENTS: I bought this fragrance a while ago to make a body spray for myself. Although I loved the smell in the bottle, once I used it on my skin, I didn't care for the smell. One day I got into the car with my husband, and he smelled incredible. I asked him if he had a new cologne or body wash, to which he said no. The next day, he was in the bathroom and I smelled the fragrance again, so I asked him what that smell was, and he shows me this little bottle and says, it's this aftershave spray you gave me. I chuckled and pointed to the actual aftershave and said that's not it hun. However, he now uses it on a daily basis as his "cologne." It smells completely different on him. He says he always gets compliments that he smells nice. It's got a very light, tropical scent and the coconut smell, on him, becomes almost sultry and musky. I now order this fragrance regularly for him. Please never stop selling this fragrance, we absolutely love it!

COMMENTS: I used this in a 3lb batch of CP soap with 76 degree CO, Shea, OO, PKF, Castor, S. Almond, & Beeswax. I used Neon Micas (Blue, Green & Yellow) and have not experienced and discoloration from the Vanilla Content as of yet. I made this soap 5 days ago and cut it approximately 16 hours after pouring. I did spray the soap with Alcohol after it was poured in the molds and again after the bars were un-molded, & cut. I continued to spray them for the next few days as well as rotated them to ensure that all sides received the same initial amount of exposure to the air.
So far so good!! The neon colors are staying bright and beautiful. There’s no brown discoloration that I have seen so far! YEAH!!
The only thing that I experienced was that this is a fast moving FO. Once it hits CP Soap Batter it’s ready to hit the mold. If you have any plan to do a swirl or some kind of color variation, this is one of those scents that you will want to note to keep it as simple as possible - it’s a fast mover.
The smell ios pretty decent for a Coconut FO! I always want more Coconut! ??. But it isn’t over powering, and it is a very nice scent!! I’ll be buying more!!

COMMENTS: I really wanted this to be my signature Coconut fragrance, but most of the FO pooled on top of my CP soap within the first few hours of curing. It reabsorbed for the most part after 24 hours, but the fragrance was pretty light. I even had clay & castor oil as an anchor for the scent. The fragrance is really pretty, but it just wouldn't behave for me, so I'm looking for another coconut fragrance to replace it.

COMMENTS: I made lotions with this giving a bit of a suntan scent to them. But when I mixed it with the Lime EO to create my Coconut Lime butter it set it off! Just the right hint of coconut didn't over power the lime it was like they were best friends allowing each a bit of the spot light. Made me think of a drink. Not overpowering when worn if the breeze hits you could smell it made me think I was on an island. Cant wait to make the matching soap!

Behaved beautifully in my CP with no acceleration or ricing. I used a vanilla stabilizer and got the creamy white I was looking for. The only negative comment is that the scent seems to be rather mild. I'm hoping that I can still smell it after the cure.

COMMENTS: This is by far my favorite fragrance oil purchase this year. It is a delightfully pleasant summer time smell! The warm vanilla is light, but compliments the creamy coconut without overpowering the fragrance. It wasn't quite as coconut-y as I had expected, but it still smelled good and made an excellent blender in my perfumes. I like it best mixed with the mango papaya fragrance oil; it reminds me of the Bath and Body Works "Cool Coconut Surf". Overall I loved it and would buy it again!

COMMENTS: I just used this to make some m&p soap, and a couple of candles for a customer. The soap smells so good that when I brought it out for my customer I had people asking "what is that?, I smell coconut" and that was with the soap bag closed, and the candle had the lid on. COMMENTS: I was skeptical when I first took a whiff of this that it would make my body scrub smell nice, but I went ahead and added it. It's not quiet what I was looking for (I normally buy organic unrefined coconut oil that has an aroma and instead purchased the Crafter's Choice Coconut Oil that has no fragrance) but it did give it somewhat of a coconut aroma. It is musky to me... Like slightly roasted coconuts. I believe for the most part it was me, perhaps I should have gone with a different coconut fragrance. It is still a nice quality fragrance and came nicely packaged though.

COMMENTS: This fragrance sells well with my customers especially during the summer. The combination of coconut and vanilla holds very well in my soaps both bar and liquids and lotions. Teens and 20 year olds like it the most, but I love it once it is in the product. Recommend using a vanilla color stabilizer as it does discolor over time in bar soap.

COMMENTS: I'm a sucker for a good coconut scent and this one is my favorite! It does remind me of coconut sun tan oil; very tropical. I read the reviews and my previous experience with coconut has been disappointing in CP soap, so I used it in melt and pour, body wash and lotions and everyone loves it. Delicious added to lotions and soaps with lemongrass.

COMMENTS: There are a lot of coconut scents out there, but this one is different. The vanilla in this one softens the fragrance a bit. A wonderful scent that all of my customer rave about, especially as the Midwest weather turns cold. They love that one sniff transports them to the tropics...if only for a moment.

COMMENTS: Many other coconuts just don't measure up to my expectations ,
so I sorta didn't have much hope here either,,, BUT BOY WAS I IN
FOR QUICK TRIP TO THE ISLANDS with one whiff of this!
Soap does turn a weird beige, so I'm using 1 Tbs stabilizer per
2 TBLS FO. To keep the gorgeous white!!!

"All Season Top Seller" |

COMMENTS: Originally we added this scent to our product line as a summer special, but it was so popular we kept it year round and made a coconut liquid hand soap. After three years, the bar soap is still one of top sellers! Originally, we were using vanilla stabilizer to prevent color change, but later learned that we could get away without it despite the high vanilla content. (Our soap is creamy, not bright white.) The scent comes through well at 2.5% in MP soap. In our all natural liquid hand soap it took quite a bit more. The scent itself is delightful and takes your imagination to the islands.

COMMENTS: I've given up on a 'straight' coconut scent for CP soaps, but this comes pretty close.
It IS too sweet for real coconut, but not too sweet in and of itself. Not sure yet how it stays in CP soaps, but thus far, three weeks in, it's doing well...smells like sweetened coconut thats been toasted.
