Directions:
Melt & Pour Soap: Pour melted soap at a temperature no hotter than 135ºF into mold. Cool until soap has hardened. Remove soap from mold. For easier unmolding, place into freezer for 30 minutes, and then immerse bottom of the mold in hot water for a few moments. Do not use cooking spray to coat mold.
Cold Process Soap: Coat the mold with cooking spray. Pour soap at trace into mold. After 24 hours, flip mold over onto a clean surface. Gently push the back of the mold until the soap begins to release then pull the soap out of the mold with a gloved hand. Allow soap to cure for 4-8 weeks. Note that some CP soap recipes may require a week to harden enough to remove from the mold. If this is the case with your recipe, we recommend adding sodium lactate to your recipe to assist with creating a harder bar faster.
Lotion Bars: Pour melted lotion bar mixture into mold cavities at a temperature no hotter than 135ºF. Allow mixture to solidify. Flip mold over onto clean surface. Gently push back of mold until lotion bar begins to release then pull bar out of mold.
Care:
Wash in warm, sudsy water. Please avoid the dishwasher because that can warp your molds or make them brittle.

"If doing CP, add sodium lactate " |
COMMENTS: Very difficult to unmold unless you add sodium lactate. I use several molds and all the others turn out perfectly - unless I use sodium lactate, these always end up in the half price bin at best. Also, once the soap goes through full gel, I find it impossible to get it out of the mold intact - I usually pop them out within 6 hours of pouring for best results (like I do with all plastic molds, even though this is an unorthodox approach, it works for me.) When they do work, it's a lovely mold, but it takes a lot of trial and error - and therefore a lot of wasted ingredients (unless you want to rebatch and are fine with that look.) From the other reviews it seems like it's great for M&P - if you really want this one, perhaps try it with a cheap M&P base first to learn its quirks, before trying CP. Also collects bubbles in the bottom stems and on the leaves, so be sure to go over those with the edge of a spatula right at pour to get them out.

"Very Nice Look" |
COMMENTS: I purchased this mold to use for my essential oil soaps. Before I used a handmade mold that worked but, just didn't give me the professional look I wanted. This can be a tough business sometimes and you need little things like this mold to help your business stand out. *Make sure to use sodium lactate unless your recipe produces a hard bar.

"Celtic Clover Soap Mold (MW 64)" |
COMMENTS: Love this mold! The details are beautiful and I will be getting a couple more of them. MP soap sets up quickly in them and I had no issue popping them out of the mold once the seal was broken. Using 12 oz. of MP will give you 3 bars at 4 oz ea.
